LG AS Spec-in Sales/Field Engineer

Purpose of the Job:

- Through profitable business secure AS market share of LG, keeping the prosperity for the future.
- Maximize To contribute AS sales revenue and profitability and make secure position in designated AS market.
- Product selection and consulting to designers about ideal solution and application of LGE A/C Products.
- Provide technical support to HVAC CAC MULTI.V (VRF) AWHP project sales.
- Understand the technical / technology background of LGs’ HVAC solution areas and products category. Develop technical materials, incl. presentations, documentations, training materials for project sales, for partners and end user customers in LGEMK region.


Major accountabilities:

• Spec-in Sales
- Search for Air Conditioner, especially SAC project to increase A/C division sales.
- Give support to and monitor AC distributors by project, with special focus on MULTI V (VRF systems) projects.
- Hunt for AC designers, regularly visit and support them to facilitate LG product penetration.
- Build and keep close relationship with general contractor of new projects
- Explore contractors and estate developers, build and maintain fruitful relationship, monitor and select new projects
- Update database by projects and partners, monitor and document project status quo
- Maintain best knowledge of LG selector programs and use them, as well as give support on it to partners if needed
- Prepare and communicate price quotations and presentations
- Prepare sales forecast for demand planning team, monitor product delivery and arrival
- Collect market information from competitors
- Keep direct superior updated through regular reports and meetings.
- Act as a team player in every way during his work, pro-actively support other colleagues and functions, provide required help and service timely and in required quality, in order to facilitate maximum effectiveness of everyday business activity
- Substitute AS Department colleague in order to ensure smooth daily operation

• SVC network evaluation / development / training / Monitoring
- Visit AC Distributors /B2B partners, installers per countries
- Using GSFS and LGE SVC internal system concerning ASD/Cs activity, BRMS for project monitoring, commissioning
- Check / evaluate capability of technical /SVC infra. of AC Distributors / installers
- Develop SAC specialized SVC network (ASD/C) at selected countries.
- Optimize SVC network after consider Sales/SVC Qty per countries/regions & Register at our system (GERP SVC)
- Develop direct SVC team (DMS) after review effect/cost if needed
- Monitor and Evaluate Installation quality & SVC quality of ASD/Cs & Terminate worst ASD/Cs
- Control SVC KPI (RTAT , Part usage, Return, etc) according to AE conditions and guideline Monthly & report to related people
- Carry out incentive & penalty program of ASD/Cs
- Review warranty policy/cost between LG and other competitors & modify if needed
- Elaborate Start Up/ Commissioning capable ASD/Cs certification
- All of Multi-V projects Start Up and Commissioning by himself or certified ASD, data collection and saving
- Participating LGE training programs
- Train and upgrade ASD/Cs regarding application, installation, troubleshooting and SVC processes

• Engineering capability
- Expert in troubleshooting and SVC repairing activity
- Proper CRM in accordance SVC issues, breakdown
- Knowledge on HVAC solutions and applications
- Perform installation / Start up commissioning for all Multi V / Big sites & Manage data
- Make / Update standard installation materials
- Make standard SVC training materials by co-working with Academy trainer
- Provide training (Installation, Commissioning, SVC trouble shooting, GSFS, Warranty policy etc)

- Act as a team player in every way during his work, pro-actively support other colleagues and functions, provide required help and service timely and in required quality, in order to facilitate maximum effectiveness of everyday business activity.
