The projector contains an internal fan for product cooling. (You may hear wind noise from the fan while it is operating.)
Circuit noise/mechanical noise generated inside the product may be audible externally.
In higher ambient temperatures, the fan may operate at a higher speed to protect the product, resulting in increased noise.
(The maximum usable temperature is 40℃ (104℉).)
Causes and Symptoms
- The projector produces noise.
- The noise becomes louder over time.
- The noise increases or decreases.
Try this
Air is drawn into the projector via the vents.
If the product is installed in a poorly ventilated area or if the vents are blocked, the internal temperature of the product may rise,
causing the fan to operate more vigorously.
It is crucial to install the product in a well-ventilated location to avoid the risk of fire.
The fan's operating speed differs depending on the active Power Saving Mode.
The fan noise may increase or decrease as you enable/disable the Power Saving Mode.
The fan noise may increase when the High Altitude mode is enabled.
