Audio Guidance is a feature that assists vision-impaired users by reading aloud on-screen menus and device statuses.
This feature can be enabled or disabled from the TV’s Settings menu.

TVs released after 2021 [webOS 6.0 ~ 22]: Remote control Settings [setting icon] button → All Settings [all setting icon] → [General] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance]
TVs released before 2020 [earlier than WebOS5.0]: Remote control Settings [setting icon] button → All Settings [all setting icon] → [Accessibility] → [Audio Guidance]

How to turn off Audio Guidance on webOS24/ 25 TVs (released from 2024 onward)

  1. 1. Press the Settings[setting icon] button on the remote control. Select the All Settings[all setting icon] icon from the quick menu.
    After pressing the remote control settings button, select the all settings icon from the on-screen menu.
  2. 2. Select the [General] tab, then [Accessibility].
    After selecting the General tab, Accessibility is selected.
  3. 3. Select [Audio Guidance].
    Audio Guidance settings is being selected.
  4. 4. Toggle to turn Audio Guidance off.
    Audio guidance is being disabled.
