[LG OLED TV] How to Set OLED Flex TV Lighting Mode

With the OLED Flex TV, you can change or turn off the brightness and color of the LED on the stand at the back of the TV according to the selected mode.
Create a more dynamic atmosphere with the lighting on the back of the product that changes according to the video or sound.

Press the Settings button image button on the remote → [All Settings] → [General] → [Lighting Settings] → [Lighting] → [ON]

➔ How to Set Lighting

Press the Settings button image button on the remote → Select [All Settings].

1. Select [General] → [Lighting Settings].

2. Select [Lighting] and turn it ON.

3. When [Lighting Mode] is activated, you can edit it.

➔ Lighting Mode

1. Video Sync Mode: Effects appear according to the screen you are watching.
➔ Works only with HDMI input and cloud gaming.
➔ Only white effects appear on unsupported screens.

2. Sound Sync Mode: LED effects appear according to the sound you are watching.
➔ Select the More button to choose detailed effects according to your preference.

➔ Line-bar changes the height of the rear light, and X-bar changes the brightness of the rear light.
If you select Line-bar mode, the frequency mode is not activated.
To use the frequency mode, select X-bar as the display mode.
The frequency mode changes the effect of the rear light in response to the sound in that frequency range.
If an unsupported setting is selected, a message window may appear. Change the settings according to the message window.

3. Dynamic Mode: Makes the color and movement of the LED dynamic to create a fun atmosphere.

4. Comfortable Mode: Slowly changes the color of the LED to create a comfortable atmosphere.
➔ Colors change sequentially in the order of purple→red→light green→sky blue→white.
➔ The speed of color change is different from Dynamic Mode.

5. Static Mode: You can select the LED color you want for each mode.

➔ Lighting Brightness

You can adjust the brightness of the LED.
There are 9 levels in total, and you can select a value from 1 to 10 using the up and down direction keys and the wheel button on the remote.

Please Note
If the message 'Sound Sync Mode cannot be used' appears on the screen, you need to change the settings in the 'Listen to Sound' and 'Digital Sound Out' menus.
※ If Pass Through is selected, Sound Sync Mode is disabled. Change the Digital Sound Out settings.

If connected to a speaker via HDMI (ARC)

- How to set Listen to Sound: Settings → All Settings → Sound → Listen to Sound → Wired Speaker → HDMI (ARC) connected device
- How to set Digital Sound Out: Settings → All Settings → Sound → Advanced User Settings → Digital Sound Out → Change to [PCM] or [Auto]

If connected to a speaker via Optical cable

- How to set Listen to Sound: Settings → All Settings → Sound → Listen to Sound → Wired Speaker → Optical connected device
- How to set Digital Sound Out: Settings → All Settings → Sound → Advanced User Settings → Digital Sound Out → Change to [PCM] or [Auto]
