How to Sync the Picture and Sound
Step 1. Turn On Bypass
On your TV remote, press the [Settings] (gear icon) or [Mute] button three times in a row.
- 2021 and later TVs (webOS 6.0 and later): Press Settings on your remote control, select All Settings, Sound, Advanced Settings, Match Screen and Sound, and turn on Bypass.
- 2020 and earlier TVs (webOS 5.0 and earlier): Press Settings on your remote control, select All Settings, Sound, Additional Settings, AV Sync Adjustment, and turn on Bypass.
Step 2. Adjust the Speaker Delay
- If the picture and sound are still out of sync, turn off Bypass.
- Select TV Speaker Delay and adjust the value until the sound matches the lip movements on the screen.
