If the Pixel Cleaning incomplete notification keeps appearing while you use your LG OLED TV, the process may have been interrupted because your TV lost power or a connected device turned it back on. Select Restart in the notification.
Keep your TV plugged in while it remains in standby mode.
Temporarily turn off Simplink (HDMI-CEC) if a connected device turns on your TV automatically.
Why Does the Pixel Cleaning Notification Keep Appearing?
- You turned off the power strip or unplugged your TV before Pixel Cleaning was complete.
- You turned your TV back on while the process was in progress.
- Simplink (HDMI-CEC) caused a connected device to turn on your TV automatically.
