Step 1. Set Your StanbyME to Use Only Its Provided Remote
- Turn on Use Provided Remote Only to control your StanbyME using only its provided remote.
- For StanbyME 2 Max: Press the Settings button on the remote, then select All Settings, System, Additional Settings, and turn on Use Provided Remote Only.
- For StanbyME, StanbyME Go, and StanbyME 2: Press the Settings button on the remote, then select All Settings, General, System, Additional Settings, and turn on Use Provided Remote Only.
Step 2. Set Your Projector to Use Only Its Provided Remote
- You can set your projector to respond only to its provided remote.
- Check the settings menu on your projector to see if this feature is supported.

Step 3. Cover the Remote Control Sensor on the TV
Cover the remote control sensor at the bottom of the TV you do not want to turn on. Use opaque tape or an object to block the remote control signal.
