- The broadcast or streaming (OTT) content may not include a Dolby Atmos audio track.
- The TV’s digital sound output may be set to an audio format that does not support Dolby Atmos.
How to Set Up Dolby Atmos
Step 1. Check Dolby Atmos Support and the HDMI Connection
- Make sure your TV, soundbar, and the content you are watching support Dolby Atmos.
- Connect an HDMI cable to the HDMI eARC or ARC ports on the TV and soundbar.
Step 2. Turn On Dolby Atmos in the TV Menu
Check Your TV’s webOS Version
On your TV remote, press the Settings button (gear icon) or the Mute button three times in a row.
- For TVs released in 2021 or later (webOS 6.0 or later): Press the Settings button on your remote. Select All Settings, Sound, Advanced Settings, and then Dolby Atmos. Set Dolby Atmos to On.
- For TVs released in 2020 or earlier (webOS 5.0 or earlier): Press the Settings button on your remote. Select All Settings, Sound, and then Dolby Atmos. Set Dolby Atmos to On.
