washing machine makes heavy vibration and noise.

Operation

 

The washer vibrate for below reasons

                                I.            It might be Installation issue

·         make sure that packing material been removed

·         Make sure that the shipping bolts been removed.

                              II.            Leveling  issue

·         Make sure the floor is clean, dry and free of dirt and oils.

·         If the unit is not properly leveled, the unit will vibrate.

·         To prevent product walking, Place the non-skid pads under both front feet especially linoleum or tile covering floor.

                            III.            Condition under the Leg

If the unit has foreign objects underneath the feet, this will prevent the unit from being leveled properly and will cause vibrations and slipping.

The unit requires a solid, level floor for proper operation. e.g. wooden floor will cause this problem

                            IV.            Load issue

Vibrations do not occur with every load, it is more likely to cause by

·         The size of load “Too small or too large load will not distribute evenly in the drum during the spin cycle.

·         Type of load “blankets, or even large towels, vibrations may occur”

                              V.            If the required installation clearances are not met.

·         Most units require 2cm on each side and 10cm at the back of the unit.

·         Do not store items on top of unit, especially during operation.

·         Clean the floor under the washer where the feet will be located.
