1.Not getting push notifications.

2.Not getting notifications when washer or dryer finish a cycle ?

3.Since last november, i dont receive any notice info of my appliance from this app. What is going on ?


[ Cause ]                                                    

1. Case 1 : Notification settings is turned ‘Off’ from ThinQ 


2. Case 2 : Corresponding session for the notifications ended.  (Sudden notification failure, malfunction)



[ Response ] case 1.

  → Explain on how to enable notifications.

      :  [en] “Menu – Notification Settings” –Turn ‘On’ the feature by product or as a whole.

 

[ Response ] case 2.

  → It looks like the session for the notifications has ended. Please log in again after logging out.

       When you log in, use the same account that you have used to register your products.

      The product list may not be seen when logged in with different account.
