Diagnosing the dryer by sound
➔ A sound that occurs after the first starting of the machine
This sound is made by the drain pump while it runs for 30 to 180 seconds depending on the amount of water remaining after the dryer has started, and is normal.
➔ A sound that occurs while drying
This is a normal sound that is made when the drain pump runs after the water level sensor detects a certain level of condensed water (water drops) during drying.
➔ A sound that occurs 1 minute before drying is complete
The drain pump runs for about 40 seconds right before drying is complete.
