[LG Clothes Dryer] How to assemble the rubber cap of the water drain tray

Try this.

If the drain pump cap holder has come off, reattach it as follows:

1. 1. Insert the end of the detached cap's tether into the hole at the bottom.

2. 2. Insert the tab on the cap's tether into the drain pump opening until it catches. Gently pull on the tether to secure it.

3. 3. Push the middle section of the tether, between the end and the tab, into the drain pump so the tab is hooked inside.

4. 4. The cap is properly attached when the tab on the tether is fully inside the drain pump.

If the tab on the cap's tether is torn, it may detach again. Ensure the cap is securely closed to prevent loss.
