Moisture on and inside the control panel may prevent the buttons from responding.
Try this.
Unplug the power cord and dry the buttons with a hairdryer on cool air setting.
→ If you use warm air, keep the hairdryer approximately a hand span away from the buttons.
※ If the buttons still do not work after removing the moisture, there may be corrosion or a circuit problem inside the switch. Contact LG Customer Service for assistance.
