Check How long customer using WM before issue happened?
(Less than one month)

1 Check customer how to operate Machine - Customer selected water lv by themselves or not?

1. 1 Yes - Customer selected water lv by themselves
➔ Recommend customer to use WM auto sensing don’t selected WL by Themselves.
Because it will be look like weak wash it customer selected too much water (Cloth floating make look like weak wash.)
➔ If customer want to selected please inform suitable WL for customer following picture on right side.


Recommended water level based on the amount of laundry in the tub

1. 2 No - Customer use auto detection.
➔ Did customer use wet cloth?
If yes - Recommend customer to put only dry cloth in WM. Because if customer put wet cloth in WM.
WM will be detected too much water level for washing. It will be looking weak wash due to cloth floating


Do not load wet laundry into the washer

If no - Explain customer about Pul/Balancing motion during washing process we have to kind of washing motion

  • 1. Pul motion - purpose for washing cloth it will look strong during washing motion
  • 2. Balance motion - purpose for untangle cloth to prevent cloth tangle and unbalance so it will look like
    weak wash but there it no effect to washing performance so please confidence to use WM.

[ More than one month ]

- Please check reason if customer also complain about dirty cloth. Please explain by cloth dirty content in below.
If customer still complain about weak washing please explain customer by use (Less than one month) content.

  • 1. Check filter : Verify customer filter status if customer never clean please ask them to clean and try again.

2 Check customer water quality : Verify that issue doesn’t come from customer house water quality by
use white towel cover inlet hose and turn on water tap if water came out dirty

please inform customer that isn’t relate to product defect. For temporary please asking customer to clean inlet filter.


Stains or residue on laundry

3 Check customer ever use tub clean : If they never use please suggest customer how to do it then monitor result

➔ How to operate Tub clean VBT Models

① Press the [Power] button
② Press the [Program] button and then select [Tub clean]
③ Distribute the tub cleaner evenly in the wash tub.
④ Press [Start/Pause] button (The display shows the remaining time)
⑤ When the buzzer buzzes to indicate that cleaning is over, the power automatically
turns off after about 10 seconds.

Recommend customer to do tub clean 1 times/month

4 Check customer selected course : Did customer wash with Quick wash or Delicate course?

Inform customer washing time for that course is too short (Quick wash 3 min, Delicate 6 min).Recommend customer to use normal course


Rinse+ option set to three rinse cycles

5 Check customer know about Rinse+ or not? : If they never know about it please suggest customer how to use.

➔ After turn on hold process button for 3 sec then display will show “3” it mean WM will do rinse 3 times. You can increase
more as you like by hold “process button” (Maximum of rinse is 5 times)

➔ Inform customer adding more rinse It will be help to remove stain.(Maximum 5 times)


Rinse+ option set to three rinse cycles

6 Check Cloth type that customer washing : If customer washing with floating cloth

➔ Recommend customer to Press the Pause button after filling water, then open the door to immerse the laundry in water.
