[LG CordZero A9] Turbo mode isn't working

Causes and Symptoms

  • Turbo mode is not working.

Try this.

Is the battery level indicator showing one bar or less?

→ Please replace it with a fully charged battery.

If the battery is almost discharged, Turbo mode may not work.

If it drops to one bar or less, the battery is low.

Which mode were you using when you tried to activate Turbo mode?

→ Press and hold the (+) button for more than 3 seconds in Strong mode.

The suction power consists of 3 levels: Normal, Strong, and Turbo modes.
Although "Turbo (3 sec)" is printed above the (+) button, Turbo mode is activated when you press and hold the (+) button for more than 3 seconds in Strong mode.
Please note that this button setting is designed to improve usage time, as Turbo mode only runs for about 6 minutes on a full charge.

When the + button is not pressed for more than 3 seconds in Strong mode
Did you press and hold the (+) button for more than 3 seconds in Normal mode?

→ Press and hold the (+) button for more than 3 seconds in Strong mode.

Due to the product's characteristics, it does not switch directly to Turbo mode from Normal mode.
Turbo mode is only activated when you press and hold the (+) button for more than 3 seconds in Strong mode.
※ The mode that activates immediately when you press the power button is Normal mode.

Usage time and suction power by mode (based on full charge)
Normal mode: 40 minutes (25W)
Strong mode: 9 minutes (80W)
Turbo mode: 6 minutes (140W)
