Causes and Symptoms
- There is a foreign object in the vacuum nozzle.
- The vacuum nozzle or extension pipe is not attached properly.
- The exhaust filter is not attached properly.
Let's find out more.
The vacuum cleaner operates by drawing in outside air as the motor rotates.
However, if the nozzle, pipe, or filter is not attached properly, gaps may form and cause an air-leaking sound.
Also, if there is dust or foreign objects in the nozzle or filter, it becomes difficult to draw in air, causing the motor to overwork and become louder.
If the nozzle or pipe is blocked by foreign objects, the suction power becomes excessively strong as it draws air through a narrowed passage, resulting in noise.
Try this.
Is the nozzle or pipe blocked by foreign objects such as tissue, stockings, or plastic bags?
Remove the foreign objects and try operating it again.
If foreign objects enter and block the vacuum nozzle or pipe, the noise may increase during use.
-
① First, remove the battery from the vacuum cleaner for safety.
You can remove it by pressing the buttons on both ends of the battery. - ② Press the nozzle release button to remove the nozzle from the pipe or the main body.
-
③ Press and hold the [PUSH] button to remove the rotary brush.
-
④ Remove foreign objects from the rotating brush, the bottom of the nozzle, and inside the extension pipe.
