[LG Laptop] How to Set the BIOS Date and Time

Troubleshooting

If the date and time on your laptop are incorrect, you can easily fix this by adjusting the BIOS settings directly or turning on [Set time automatically] in Windows.
Press the [F2] key immediately when turning on the laptop to enter the BIOS, or open Windows [Date & time settings] to adjust the time.

Why is my laptop's date and time incorrect?

  • This can happen if the [Set time automatically] feature in Windows is turned off or if the time zone is set incorrectly.
  • It may also occur if the laptop has not been used for a long time, causing system settings to reset, or if the date and time were set manually and become inaccurate.
