LG Split AC - Auto Operation Mode:
The Auto Operation Mode (often labeled as "AI" or "Smart" depending on your remote model) allows the air conditioner to automatically adjust the mode (Cooling, Heating, or Fan) and the fan speed based on the current room temperature, ensuring optimal comfort and energy efficiency. This Function is only available in Cooling Only Model.
Here are the general steps:

Locate the Remote Control:
Ensure you have the LG remote control that came with your unit. -
Turn On the AC:
Press the POWER button to turn on the air conditioner.

Press the MODE Button:
Press the MODE (or Operation Mode) button repeatedly.

Select the "Auto" Mode:
Keep pressing the MODE button until the indicator on the remote's display shows AUTO (or a symbol like AI/Smart/A). -
Adjust the Desired Temperature (Optional):
While in Auto mode, you may still be able to use the TEMP UP/DOWN arrows to set your desired temperature range (e.g., 24°C). The unit will then work to maintain that general comfort level, switching modes as needed.
3. Use the temperature controls on your LG remote to adjust the perceived temperature: select
0
to maintain the current room temperature, choose a
positive number (1 or 2)
to make the room colder, or select a
negative number (-1 or -2)
to make the room hotter.
