Causes and Symptoms
- You selected weak cooling or set the target temperature high.
- Fan direction is set to upward.
- Outdoor unit room does not vent air very well.
- Lots of dusts are accumulated in the filter.
- Hot air comes in from the outside.
Try this
Check the remote controller window for the operation mode and the target temperature.
If you select auto, AI, dehumidification mode, then in some cases, you might feel cooling is weak so, select
the cooling mode and set the target temperature to lower than the indoor temperature if the current indoor
temperature is lower than or equal to the target temperature.
The more lower the target temperature than the indoor temperature, the colder the air will be.
There can be a difference in efficiency depending on the louver angle due to the characteristics of the wall mounted type product.
If you use the indirect wind function or wind angle adjustment function, then lower the louver angle as much downward as possible.
Direct wind : Open the air outlet vent of the product in six stages to enable air to blow directly.
If the air guide is installed, then let the angle of air guide face downward.
Open wide the ventilation window (gallery) in the outdoor unit room.
If you use the product without opening the gallery in the outdoor unit room, cold air may not come out due
to an increase in the temperature of the outdoor unit.
Remove any obstacle from around the outdoor unit to arrange the sufficient space for effective ventilation.
Is the filter cleaned?
If you did not clean the filter lately, then make sure to do so.
If there are dusts in the air conditioner filter, then as the weather gets hotter, the cooling performance
will be worse.
Did you open the indoor entrance/exist or window or you the air ventilation product at the same time?
➔ External hot air flows into degrade the cooling performance.
Close the entrance/exit and the indoor window and stop operating the ventilator for use.
