[LG AeroCat Tower] How to Set the Heating Function

You can easily adjust the heating function while the product is running by pressing the Heating button.
Briefly press the button to change the temperature (Low / High / Off), or press and hold it for 3 seconds to switch the heating mode (Always On / Auto).

How to Set the Heating Function

Changing the Heating Temperature (Short Press)

Each time you press the Heating button while the product is running, the temperature setting changes in the following order:

• Press once: Low heat (Yellow LED)
• Press twice: High heat (Red LED)
• Press three times: Off

Switching the Heating Mode (Press and Hold for 3 Seconds)

Press and hold the Heating button for 3 seconds to switch between the two heating modes:

• Always On (Continuous Heating)
  The heating function remains on even when your cat is not sitting on the cushion.
• Auto (Sensor Heating)
  The heating function turns on only when a weight of 350 g (0.77 lb) or more is detected on the cushion, helping to save energy.

Heating Status LED Colors

The LED color changes depending on the selected heating mode and whether your cat is on the cushion.

• Always On (Continuous Heating)
  • Low heat: Yellow (regardless of cat presence)
  • High heat: Red (regardless of cat presence)
• Auto (Sensor Heating)
  • Low heat: White (no cat) → Yellow (cat detected)
  • High heat: Off (no cat) → Red (cat detected)

Important Safety Information

• Low-Temperature Burn Risk:
  If the heating function is set to High heat for an extended period, your pet may be at risk of low-temperature burns. Please monitor your pet closely.
• Extended Resting Risk:
  If your pet sleeps or stays in the same position for more than 1 hour while the mat temperature exceeds 40°C (104°F), there is a risk of low-temperature burns.
