If your cat’s weight is inaccurate on the LG AeroCat Tower, calibrate
the scale before your cat gets on the cat dome.
Press and hold the Power, Fan Speed, and Heating buttons at the same
time for 3 seconds to reset the scale to zero.
Once complete, you can check your cat’s accurate weight in the LG ThinQ
app.
How to Calibrate the Weight Sensor and Measure Your Cat’s Weight
Make sure the product is powered on, then follow the steps below:

1. Empty the Cat Dome
Ensure the cat dome is completely empty. Remove your cat and any other objects. -
2. Calibrate the Scale
Press and hold the Power, Fan Speed, and Heating buttons at the same time for 3 seconds. -
3. Check the Calibration in the App
Open the LG ThinQ app and confirm that the weight is reset to 0 kg (0 lb). -
4. Measure Your Cat’s Weight
When your cat rests on the cat dome, weight measurement starts automatically. You can view the result in the LG ThinQ app.
Things to Check
If the weight is still inaccurate after calibration, check the following:

Interference:
The cat dome is touching a wall or nearby furniture. -
Other objects:
Toys or other items are on the cat dome together with your cat. -
Incorrect calibration:
Calibration was performed while a heavy object was on the cat dome -
Movement:
Your cat is moving continuously during measurement.

- Q. Is there a minimum weight required for the AeroCat Tower to detect my cat?
- A. Yes. When a weight of 350 g (0.77 lb) or more is detected on the cat dome, the AeroCat Tower recognizes that your cat is resting and starts measuring.
- Q. Can I place heavy objects on the cat dome?
- A. No. Placing a weight of 15 kg (33 lb) or more may damage the product and the weight sensor. Do not sit on the cat dome or place heavy objects on it.
