How to Activate the Drum Light on Your LG Washer & Dryer
Step 1: Make sure the dryer is plugged in and turned on. Press the Power button to activate the control panel.
Step 2: Open the dryer door. On many LG models, the drum light will turn on automatically when the door is opened. If it doesn’t, proceed to the next step.
Step 3: Locate the button on the control panel labeled “Drum Light”, “Light”, or marked with a bulb icon.
Step 4: Press this button once to turn on the drum light. It will stay on for about 4 to 5 minutes before turning off automatically.
Step 5: The drum light may also turn off when you close the dryer door or after the timeout period.
