Symptom

No video and audio


How to fix

1. When power is not turned on, check front power switch.

If TV is not turned on with remote control, press power switch and turn it on with remote control.

(When TV is turned off with power switch, it is not turned on with remote control)

The location and types of switch may vary depending on products.


2. When power is not turned on, check the power cable connection at the back of the product.

Press AC power cable at the back of TV and check again.

Check the connection of power cord to wall socket.

Check if other products are powered on, which are connected to a multi-tab.

※ While cleaning, power cord of the product can loosen or be disconnected.


3. Press external input button of remote control when words appear on the screen when turning off/on power or changing to another channel.
