Why the washer stops Mid Cycle?

 

 Symptom

·         The washer stops Mid Cycle.

 Cause

1.    The lid switch assembly might be defective.

2.    The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically.

3.     The main control board might be defective.

4.     The timer might be defective. 

 How to fix

1.    This is a very common problem, the lid or door switch assembly can fail either mechanically or electrically, restart the machine.

2.     The door lock can fail either mechanically or electrically, restart the machine.

3.    Defective control panel is not common. Check other causes first such as the lid or door switch and other components.

4.    Timer is often misdiagnosed, check other components before replacing this timer.

                                                                                                                                                            

5.  If problem still exists, call 80054 for repair request.
