[LG Signature Front Load Washing Machine] Resolving persistent detergent/softener refill alert

Troubleshooting

After refilling the detergent or softener in your washer, the machine needs to run in order to detect the new amount.
The washer does not detect the refill immediately after adding detergent or softener.

Try this

If the low detergent alert occurs after refilling the detergent dispenser

➔ Run the washer once after turning on Auto Dispense.

The alert usually repeats because the washer was not operated after refilling the dispenser.

➔ If the alert occurs again after running the washer, turn off the refill icon or refill alert.

When does the refill alert occur?
The washer detects low detergent levels while washing and alerts the user of this in the next wash.
