Try this
Bumping into objects
1. If an obstacle is placed lower than the top LiDAR sensor, the front bumper detects it.
2. If it keeps pushing obstacles, check if the bumper works normally.
Press the bumper to check if it works normally. (Clicking sound)
After opening the product, check if the protective foams at the both sides of the bumper are removed.
3. If it keeps bumping into obstacles in the same location, set no-go zones on the ThinQ app.
You can prevent hitting with obstacles.

➔ Basically, the LiDAR sensor detects obstacles. If not possible, the front bumper will detect them by bumping into them.
1. Obstacle detection by the top LiDAR sensor
2. Obstacles that are placed lower than the LiDAR sensor are detected by the front bumper.
3. The LiDAR sensor cover acts as a bumper to detect obstacles.
