Try this

Smart safety function.

1. If the nozzle stops in one position for more than 20 seconds in order to protect the floor from being damaged, the steam operation will be suspended.
If you move the nozzle to resume cleaning, the steam function will operate normally.

2. If stopped in the same position for more than one minute, then the mop rotation plate will be stopped for your safety.
If you wish to resume cleaning, turn the power of the main body.

3. For safe use, during steam cleaning, the product detects if the nozzle is lifted from the floor or turned upside down and stops the steam operation.
If you place the nozzle back on the floor and carry out cleaning, the steam function will operate normally.

Cautions for use.

1. Do not use the steam function on a floor that is vulnerable to heat, such as PVC mats for babies.

2. During steam operation, hot steam can make the floor very hot.
Do not directly touch steam or the bottom surface of the nozzle with your hand.

3. For safety, if the mop is not attached, steam will not be sprayed.
Before steam cleaning works, attach a mop pad that was soaked in water to the center of mop plate.
