[LG Bedding Vacuum Cleaner] The rotation brush does not move

Troubleshooting

The brush for the nozzle of the bedding vacuum cleaner is manually operated instead of being mechanically operated.
When cleaning the bedding, push the vacuum cleaner with hands to make it rotate by force.
To prevent damages to the bedding by auto rotations(textile intertangled) and safety accidents, it rotates manually.
When powered on, the vibration plate at the bottom will vibrate and the brush does not rotate.
This is normal and there is nothing to worry.

Is a foreign object such as hair or thread wrapping around the rotating brush?

➔ After separating the rotating brush, remove hair or foreign objects around it.

Due to the characteristics of the rotating brush, it is designed to lift up foreign objects to improve the suction power.
In this case, if the rotating brush does not rotate due to foreign objects around it such as hair or thread, then make sure to separate it and clean it.
If you have difficulties in cleaning it on your own, then have it checked by an LG Electronics service technician.
