[LG TONE Free] While wearing one earbud, when I try to wear the other earbud, the music stops for one or two seconds.

Troubleshooting

Causes and Symptoms

  • While wearing one earbud, when I remove the other earbud from the charging case, the music stops for one or two seconds.

Try this

Check if the wireless earbuds are properly put into your ears. [Once your wear your earbuds, the detection sensor makes a ding dong sound].
You may experience this symptom because the TONE Free tries to synchronize the left and right earbuds after stopping music for 1-2 seconds for a stable connection.

Wait! Here are more tips
Depending on the performance of your connected device and the wireless signal around you, the time the music stops playing may vary.
The Bluetooth signal may be unstable in some areas with radio interference, such as [subway stations] where a lot of people use Wi-Fi at the same time and during rush hours when the network signal is weak.
Try the Connection Priority Mode feature in TONE Free LAB on the TONE Free app.
Connection Priority Mode: It allows you to listen to music with minimal sound interruption in an environment where the wireless signal is interrupted.
Sound delay may occur on Connection Priority Mode.
Ambient Sound

※ TONE Free LAB mode may not be available depending on the TONE Free model and version.
