If the issue lies with Windows, you can open the drive tray by following these steps: Open
My PC → Right click on DVD/CD Drive → Click Eject(J) to open the disc tray.
If this does not work, try the following alternative: Go to Device Manager, uninstall the DVD/CD Drive, and
then restart Windows.
If all else fails, the tray can be manually opened: Insert a paper clip or needle into the manual release
hole of the DVD/CD ROM to open the tray.

If it is due to a temporary Windows error: Go to My PC(file explorer) → Right click on DVD/CD Drive → Click Eject to open the disc tray.
