As the product's operation display says [To use a smart install product, test operate it first], the product fails to operate or turns off quickly or test operation is failed after the product installation. That is why it happens.
* If this symptom occurs immediately after installation, it is highly likely that the test operation [Smart
Install] did not function [Smart install] normally.
You can ask an installation technician for a test run or you can test run it directly yourself.
Product symptoms when a test run is not performed
➔ Floor standing products
1. The product display window shows th e [Smart Install] message.
2. After displaying the smart install message for 20 seconds, the product is stopped.
➔ Wall-mounted, combined [master bedroom] wall-mounted products

What is test operation [Smart Install]?
If no test operation [Smart Install] is performed for the product, it may not operate properly.
Try this
Run test operation [Smart Install].
➔ If the [Smart Install] message appears, it means that test operation [Smart Install] fails to operate properly after the product is installed.
Right after that, it will say [Smart install] is completed, and selective operation is automatically executed for about 10 minutes.
In selective operation mode, it will say [Smart Install] ‘Mandatory operation is completed. Check the coolant charging status.’
It takes approximately 0 to 7 minutes [required operation].
It takes approximately 10 minutes [selective operation].
Do not press the display or remote control button while test is running.
If you press the button, the test run may be stopped before completion.
The product does not operate normally if it is terminated before completing the required operation.
A check code such as CH 05, 38, 53, 66, 90 or 91 is displayed on the display window.
It is recommended that you check the product status after having an installation technician check the installation status first.
