Causes and Symptoms
- Filter is clogged by lots of dusts.
- The target temperature is set low.
- The opening/closing circular fan at the wind outlet vent is adjusted incorrectly.
Try this
Is the filter cleaned?
➔ If there are lots of dusts in the filter, then heating might feel weak or fail, thus make sure to clean it periodically.
The filter for the buried duct type air conditioner is installed on the ceiling separately from the product.
Did you try to raise the target temperature for use?
➔ Raise the target temperature to 30℃(86°F) and set the fan speed to high for use.
If the indoor temperature reaches the target temperature, the heating may feel weaker or even fail.
Indoor temperature detected by the product may differ from the actual temperature felt bu a user.
Did you try to adjust the opening/closing circular fan at the wind outlet vent?
➔ Adjust the circular plate at the wind outlet vent.
During heating operation, if the cold air does not spread widely but only certain areas are
cool
If the circular adjustment fan at the wind outlet vent is closed, then air flow will be directed
downward.
Turn the wind outlet vent CCW to make sure that the circular fan sticks out of the reference plane on the
ceiling.
Cold air spreads widely in the big space. (Cold air moves downward.)
During heating operation, if warm wind does not reach the bottom
If the circular adjustment fan of the wind outlet vent is widely opened, air flows will stay around the
ceiling without traveling to the bottom.
Turn the circular fan CW to make sure that it is above the reference plane on the ceiling.
As hot wind is concentrated on the bottom, it improves the heating performance.
※ Direction of cold/hot wind due to the adjustment of the circular fan at the wind outlet vent
(It requires adequate wind outlet vent control suitable for heating and cooling.)
