If your TV only displays in a certain color, such as red or blue, the HDMI cable connection may need to be
inspected.
If color distortion occurs on certain channels or screens, the issue is likely with the broadcast signal rather
than the TV itself.
If all screens show abnormal colors, perform a Picture Test to check for issues with the TV.
During the Picture Test, if the test image also appears abnormal, please contact LG Support for further
assistance.
Possible causes of TV color distortion
- The signal from the set-top box or connected external device is unstable.
- The HDMI cable is loosely connected to the TV or is damaged.
- The antenna broadcast signal sent to the TV is unstable.
- The TV itself is malfunctioning.
