The refrigerator door may not open immediately after closing it.
When you open and close the refrigerator door, warm air enters and cold air escapes, causing the internal pressure to decrease.
This can sometimes cause the door to open more slowly.
This is normal and can be avoided by waiting at least 10 seconds after closing the door before opening it again.
The Door-in-Door may not open easily if the gasket is dirty (e.g. juice spills, grime).
➔ If the door is difficult to open, clean the Door-in-Door frame and gasket with a clean, damp cloth.
