[LG DIOS lightwave oven] Power is not supplied

Troubleshooting

If the product is not used more than 5 minutes after power is supplied, the display window will turn off due to the power save function.
If the power turns off after a [puck] sound and the power does not come on even after connecting the electric cord to the wall outlet, call an LG service technician for a machine inspection.
If the light inside and display window do not turn on when the door is opened, it is a symptom of a lack of power supply.

Try this

Check whether the power cord of the product is disconnected or whether the power strip is unplugged.

If the light inside and display window do not turn on when the door is opened, plug another small appliance into the outlet to check if electricity is being supplied normally, and then plug the electric cord of the lightwave oven range back in.
If the other small appliance works but only the light wave oven does not, call an LG service technician for a machine inspection.

If the product is not used more than 5 minutes after power is supplied, the display window will turn off due to the power save function.
When you open or close the door or press any button, the light will turn on and the power save function will be cancelled.
