Causes and Symptoms
- I cannot separate the charging station cradle.
Once the charging station pipe and cradle are assembled, they cannot be separated.
➔ To prevent falling over, it is designed to disable separation once it is assembled. (Safety device)
Try this
If necessary, the charging station and the nozzle cradle can be separated from the charging station pipe.
➔ Pull and shake the charging station and separate it in sequence while the charging station support is in a fixed state.
The nozzle cradle pipe and the mop pad storage rack can be separated.
➔ After separating the charging station first, remove the nozzle cradle pipe and the mop pad storage rack by pulling it upward while pressing down the black protrusion.
