A9 battery life will be gradually reduced to 80% of the initial life after 500 cycles in general.
(1 cycle refers to the time period from full charging to full discharging.)
Battery life depends on the environment of use and since each customer has their own way of using and cleaning with the vacuum cleaner, there is no specific replacement period recommended.
Unless the product operation time is significantly reduced, it is ok to keep using it, But if the battery is discharged too fast, then it might mean that the battery performance is reduced or the battery is defective, so you are recommended to replace it.
Product use period in each mode(a single battery based)
A9 product
- Turbo mode : about 6 minutes
- Strong mode : about 9 minutes
- Standard mode : about 30 minutes
※ If the sub nozzle(blade/brush type) is used, then 40 minutes.
If the power drive nozzle(carpet, floor, bedding, pet) is used, then 30 minutes.
A9S product
- Turbo mode : about 7 minutes
- Strong mode : about 20 minutes
- Standard mode : about 40 minutes
※ If the sub nozzle(blade/brush type) is used, then 60 minutes.
If the power drive nozzle(carpet, floor, bedding, pet) is used, then 40 minutes.
- If you use the power drive nozzle that operates the motor regardless of the pipe, the duration of use will be reduced.
- The battery is a consumable part.
The longer you use the product the shorter the battery can last. If the battery is expired, then purchase a new one for use.
- To maintain the battery life, use the batteries in the main body and the charging box in turns.

Charging time for one battery : About 4 hours
So, it is a good idea to replace the battery periodically.
If possible, keep the battery in the charging box at all times.
(Even if it is always kept inside the charging box, there is no high power consumption.)
