1. Check if the power cord for the wall mounted air conditioner is inserted correctly.
2. Make sure to insert the power cord for the stand type air conditioner.
In case of 2in1(quiet mode) air conditioner, the power supply for the outdoor unit is connected to the stand type product.
Therefore, if the power cord for the stand type air conditioner is slipped out, then the outdoor unit will not operate,
thus the wall mounted type product will not generated cold wind even in cooling operation.
If there is no cold wind despite the normal connection to the power supply, have it inspected by a professional service manager.
