■ The door won’t close. （dE, dE1, dE2）
The door may not close if the washing machine is overloaded, a garment is stuck between the door seal and the door glass, the door seal is damaged or removed
and if the door is skewed.
dE, dE1, dE2 errors will occur if the unit was started without its door properly closed.
■ Corrective Measures
1. When the washing machine is overloaded
The door won’t close if too much laundry is put into the tub and can cause dE error. Rearrange the laundry so that the door-side surface is even and flat.

dE error can occur if a cloth is stuck between the door seal and glass.
Make sure all the clothes are properly put into the tub.
3. When the door is not closed properly

4. When the door seal is damaged or removed
