Cleaning the exterior of the product

  • Wipe the product with a soft damp towel, and if using a neutral detergent, wipe with a clean wet towel to avoid staining.
  • Wipe off light stains from the outside of the glass door of the product with a dry cloth.
    For stubborn stains, wipe them off with a damp towel with lukewarm water or glass cleaner.

Cleaning the detergent and fabric softener dispensers

Wait! Here are more tips
  • If detergent has hardened and the dispenser is clogged, detergent may not enter the machine.
  • You can wash laundry cleaner by cleaning the detergent and fabric softener dispensers once a week.

1. Hold the drawer handle and pull it forward to the end.

2. Insert your finger into the groove in the dispenser cover and remove the dispenser cover.

3. Clean the dispenser cover and the inside of the dispenser using a suitable tool such as a toothbrush.

4. Wipe off the inside of the dispenser completely using a dry towel.

5. After cleaning, assemble the cover back into the dispenser by pushing it until a click is heard.

Remove the inlet cover and clean the inlet cover and the inside of the inlet clean with a brush. After cleaning, assemble the cover by pressing it back into the inlet until it clicks.

Cleaning the lint filter

  • Clean the lint filter after using it two or three times at a minimum.
    You can maintain the washing machine in a cleaner state.

1. Separate the lint filter from the tub by pressing the buttons on both sides of the lint filter.

(If the lint filter is not fixed correctly, it may come off during washing.)

Cleaning the door gasket

1. Wearing rubber gloves, dilute 5g of oxygen-based bleach in 5L of warm water and thoroughly wipe the door gasket with the diluted bleach. (diluted by 1,000 times)

2. Using a dry towel, remove water from the door gasket. Leave the washing machine door open until it has dried completely.

Cleaning the tub

When the door has not been opened for a long period of time and there is mold or odors, or when TCL flashes on the remaining time display after 30 cycles, you should clean the tub using a recommended cleaner.
(Cleaning is most effective when it is carried out monthly.)

How to clean the tub
1. Remove all laundry from the tub before cleaning it.
2. Press the Power button.
3. Press V and select the Tub Clean course.
4. Press the Start/Pause button.
