LG VRF Multi V Case Study Mixed Use_USA "The Mill at Dover- Foxcroft"

The Mill at Dover-Foxcroft is 60,000 square foot complex built between 1841 and 1944 that has been renovated as a multi-use facility that includes offices, residences, a cafe and a boutique inn. LG Multi V Water IV heat recovery units were installed and fit into the site’s existing geothermal well system to provide an efficient HVAC solution without compromising the historic value of the complex. The LG VRF solution was able to provide comfort and a modern aesthetic to each space in this historic site.
