Update Complete

Some software updates contain two distinct releases: one to support the main TV functions, and the other for Premium Applications. Any new updates for Premium Applications occur after the main update has been completely installed. If for any reason the Premium Application update fails, the download can be manually initiated following these steps.
  1. Press the Smart button Remote on the remote control and select the Premium application panel and press WHEEL or ENTER.
  2. Highlight the OPTION button Option Button and select Initialization of Premium, then press WHEEL or ENTER.
  3. When a new version is available, allow the TV to automatically reboot and download the Premium Application update.

Update Does Not Complete

Some software updates require the download of large files which may take longer to complete. The status bar indicates the percent completion rate. If the download seems to be taking too long without any update to the status indicator, then the download may have failed. Proceed with the following steps to re-initiate the software update process.

1. Unplug the TV power cord from the wall outlet or power strip.

2. Wait 30 seconds then plug in the power cord and turn on the TV.

3. Refer to the Software Update section and repeat the download process.
