 Is LG smart World (Apps Store) is not working for LB (WebOS) series?

 

 

  Symptom:

             LG smart World (Apps Store) is not working for LB (WebOS) series.

 

  Cause:

         This problem is occurs if TV setting not set correctly.

 

  How to Setup:

 

** Set the TV country as your location from TV, to set that:

1) Select HOME from TV remote control. 

2) Select SETTING from the menu.

3) Then Select GENERAL

4) Then Select LOCATION in general menu.

 * In location menu kindly Set Broad cast country setting:  South Africa

 * And set Service country Setting: set as your location (UAE, Qatar…etc.).

 

** Set the TV Time as your location local time manually from TV, to set that:

1) Select Home from TV remote control. 

2) Select Setting from the menu.

3) Select General. 

4) Select Date & Time from the menu and set it manually.

   

** If still any problem you might need to update TV software, to do that kindly      

     Follow the below steps:

1) Select Home from TV remote control.

2) Then select SETTING          

                   

3) Then select GENERAL 

4) Then select ABOUT TV

5) Then select SOFTWARE UPDATE and check for updates.
