In StanbyME TV, a bracket is attached to prevent the plug from being disconnected or damaged while being moved.
When connecting for charging, if the plug is not properly inserted into the bracket, the product may not be charged properly or the plug may come out.
Try this
Does the adapter plug come out of the TV or is charging not done properly?
1. Push the plug into the bracket until it protrudes only about 1mm.
2. Push the plug into the StanbyME charging port until a click is felt.
