If your laptop monitor is small or you have multiple jobs to do, you can connect an external monitor and use two monitors.
You can set the external monitor either to have the same screen as laptop monitor by selecting the Duplicate Mode, or have a different screen than the laptop monitor by selecting the Extension Mode.
Try this
① Connect the laptop to the monitor.
② Press [Windows] + [P] or [FN] + [F7] keys on the keyboard at the same time.
③ When the [Project] switching menu appears in the top right corner of the LCD monitor, select [Extend].
