20% quicker cooking without preheating

20% quicker cooking without preheating

LG's infrared heating element gets your oven to broil temperature without the need to preheat to cut over 20% off your total cooking time.* Infrared cooking- which uses the same technology as premium outdoor grills - also allows your food to be juicier than traditional thermal cooking.

*Compared to LG's non-infrared grill ovens using chicken breasts, hamburgers, and salmon.

LG’s fastest boiling solution offers the most powerful double element in the market at 6400 Watts.* The dual element provides a total of 6400W of power. Each ring provides 3200W of power.

*Among leading brands, non-induction elements.

Faster and Better

Faster and Better

LG's True Convection system allows faster preheating and more precise cooking. With a Convection Element, your oven will now reach the ideal cooking temperature faster with more even heat distribution inside.

IntuiTouch™, with scrolling IntuiScroll™ display, makes operating your electric range a snap. The left side of the panel mirrors the cook top elements, while the right side controls the oven functions.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great range. Have had it for almost a year without any issues. It's a great range. Should have bought one years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from DESIGNED BY GENIUSES FOR DUMMIES I'm an engineer, but you don't have to be one to use the features of this stove! The controls are straightforward and the large readout will guide you through any function. Cavernous is the best way to describe the huge and attractive Cobalt Blue interior. I can put two cookie sheets on the same rack...going the long way, front to back. All my cookies come out uniform in color, when using the "Convection Bake" setting. The oven automatically converts the baking temperature to compensate for the convection setting. The cooktop is beautiful and easy to keep shiny and bright with a minimum of effort, using any commercial cleaner.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fast heating oven This oven will heat up in an instant. We have noticed that the oven heats up on a blaze but not literally!. The oven will warm up quickly and the food cooks a lot faster. We love the self cleaning cycle because it doesn't leave the oven like a self cleaning cycle does.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Smart Looking, Functional, Great Features Our newest LG purchase was the LG Model LRE3058ST Electric Stove. This is the third LG product that we have purchased over the past three years as we replace existing appliances. Needless to say, this stove is as solid as the refrigerator and dishwasher we previously purchased. Going for new appliances is always a stressful situation. If you’re married and shopping together, you have different requirements and needs from the appliance. As the man in the household, I wanted something smart looking, functional, a fair price and hopefully reliable. The LG products we purchased have all of these and more and we have been very satisfied with our purchases. The stove is the latest edition and while this model cost more, the features and extras are well worth it. We liked the extra oven rack, the warming tray and the constant temperature controls are a great feature for an electric stove especially if you had previously cooked on a gas stove. We love the features and everything about the product and so far very happy with this investment. Looking forward to our next Thanksgiving family gathering as this new stove will certainly make cooking a lot smoother.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product! After a lot of research, finally decided to get a LG range. I went to best buy to purchase, and they had the next level range as a scratch and dent sale. The scratch would be hidden when installed, but was able to get a GREAT deal. I have had my stove for 2 months now, and the more I get to know, the better I like it. The burners are much hotter than our previous stove, but we have learned to compensate for that. Even with the volume raised, the timer could be louder. Can hear it in kitchen or living room, but not so much in rest of house. LOVE the convection oven. Oven light flashes when it reaches the assigned temperature and sings a little song. Small thing, but makes me smile! Would recommend this with no reservations, especially if you can get a good deal!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great range First convection oven I've ever owned, and I love it. The range top burners are great, and I especially like the warming burner. The warming drawer is also a great feature and I've used it many times. I really appreciate how easy the oven comes clean.

Oven door

Just purchased a home the lg oven door has residue dropped in between the glass on oven door.
Asked by: Sandkey
We regret the trouble you have experienced with this gas range. These glass panes are not removable from the door, for cleaning purposes. As such, if the glass panes have something between them, the only option for cleaning them would be to obtain the assistance of a qualified technician.

Why is the range top so hard to keep clean?

What is the secret to cleaning & polishing the cooking surface?
Asked by: taz54
I don't have an answer but I'm having the same problem. I previously had a GE ceramic-top stove which wasn't nearly as expensive as this LG, but it was a breeze to clean. My cooktop has cloudy areas within the burners that I can't seem to get off with the Weiman Ceramic Cooktop cleaner, the plastic scraper, the Weiman scrubber, etc. Is that your problem, too? I was told it's how I'm cleaning it by a technician, but I see that it's not just me.

how do you clean model # LRE3085ST

Asked by: buyer1354
Use ceramic cooktop cleaner on the glass cooktop. Other creams may not be as effective or may scratch, damage or stain the cooktop surface. Approved cleaners are listed on page 32 of your owner’s manual. The oven interior can be cleaned using the SELF CLEAN cycle. Why is LG's defect warranty only 7 days compared to industry standard of 30?

I reported dents on the stainless finish of my stove the very next working day after delivery during which time the stove had not been used at all . (Delivery was in evening with low light --the stainless reflectivity made it difficult to see small dents until the next morning with sunlight streaming). LG took 5 days to find a repairman, and then refused the repair claim because it exceeded the 7-day "cosmetic defect" limitation...5 days of which were taken up with their inability to find a repair service!

LG oven 6.3 cubic foot

Black flat top finish. My son and daughter -in-law bought this oven in a new home. We are unsure as to what product to use to clean the top. On the stainless portion, we are using a stainless cleaner that we purchased from Lowes. But the top seems more difficult. Water doesn't clean it well. Windex appears to dry it and not clean it. Please could you give us some ideas for cleaning the flat-top of the range.
Asked by: ChristineThieman
We regret your displeasure with the maintenance requirements of this dual-oven range. Once the cooktop has cooled, wash any oil / grease spills and splatters with warm water and a mild soap. Rinse the surface, dry it, and then buff/polish it with a dry cloth. If a stainless polish is needed, be certain to always wipe in the direction of the metal surface finish, as wiping across the grain will leave a cloudy/streaky appearance.

Where is the electrical connection located on the back of the oven?

Range model # LRE3085ST
Asked by: Steveread
We appreciate your interest in this range. Electric Ranges typically are not accompanied by a power cord. The connection will be located near the bottom of the oven, in the middle of the back panel.

Did not receive broiler pan.

Is it not needed for the LRE3085ST infrared grill? If it is, where can I get one?
Asked by: Blancy
We appreciate your interest in this electric range. According to the information in the owner’s manual, a broiler pan is not a provided accessory for this unit. A broiler pan should be available at your local cookware retailer.

Why no broiler pan included?

I just got this range delivered today. I bought this range over other LG models for various reasons, but one reason was the infrared grill. So, I spent more for one of the key features that distinguish this from another and discovered it DOESN'T INCLUDE A BROILER PAN. Seriously? I'd rather have a broiler pan included, than the water spray tank to help keep my oven clean. When I let the delivery team take out my existing range, I didn't think that I'd need to save the broiler pan that came with my older range. Now I have to buy one? So far I'm liking it, but broiler pans have been included with ranges since ranges were invented and I buy an upgrade on a infrared broiler range and it doesn't come with the pan????? Hopefully this is the only disappointment I'll have with this range.
Asked by: PLoZ
We regret your dissatisfaction with this range and the lack of a broiling pan. This model was not advertised or specified to have such a pan provided. We hope that all other aspects of the range are to your liking.
