What People Are Saying

Rated 5 out of 5 by from OMG!!! This is the other reason behind the fridge that I completely remodeled my kitchen. Had to run the gas to be able to have this range so there was extra cost involved to get this "Bad Boy" and all I can say is OMG!!! I do a lot of canning and cooking and have just absolutely been in love with this range. I am sure all the local restaurants are not happy as we don't eat out very often any longer. I can't stay out of my LG kitchen!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks and cooks great. Burners light instantly. Burner grates are very flat to allow accurate leveling. Burners are sized properly to fit any size pan. The blue oven interior is cool. We leave the door open to impress our friends. The convection feature of the oven cooks great. Cons: One leveling leg was broken and thusly made it harder to level. Grates on first range were not flat and impossible to level.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love this range! We have found that our new oven is superb! The burners heat up the pans extremely fast leading to a decrease in overall cooking time. The same is true for the oven. We have found that most items cook a lot faster. We also love the design of this particular range. We had looked at several similar models, but chose the LG for it's style and features. We are not disappointed in our choice. Would highly recommend this range!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sleek and stylish oven purchased this as part of a 4 pc kitchen suite package from Costco. Of all my new appliances, I must say this oven looks the best. Its also a convection oven. I am very pleased with the meals i have cooked so far with this oven. I haven't baked a cake yet, thats the real test, but so far go good. Luv this oven!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ease of operation Despite its complicated looking control panel it is very easy to use. Love the way it is styled. My only negative is that the middle burner is a bit weak.

My new LRG3085ST range came without the griddle. What is the part number for the griddle. Thanks!

Asked by: MartClark
The part number for the griddle is AEB72914203 but even if you just refer to it as the LG griddle, you would get the same griddle since it's the only one available that is used in any LG range oven...^IFV

what is the full depth dimension w/ door fully open? model LRG3085ST

Asked by: harcyn
Regrettably, the overall depth of the LG 5.4 cu.ft. Capacity Freestanding Gas Oven, Model # LRG3085ST with the door fully opened is not listed under the unit's specifications but hopefully an estimate based on the given dimensions will give you a dimension that is close enough. The unit is listed as having a height of 36" to the cooking surface. The drawer is listed as having a height of 4 1/2" and looking at the image of the unit, the control panel looks to be about 2 inches wide. So if we add the height of the drawer to the width of the control panel and subtract that from the height to the cooking surface, should give us an approximate measurement for the length of the door which should be 29.5". If we add that to the given depth of the unit to the door, 26 1/2" then the overall depth of the unit with the door fully opened should be that plus the height of the door which is 56"...^IFV

orifice for griddle & burners

my customer is trying to go back to natural gas from lp. I need part numbers for the 4 burners and the griddle please. I have tried all that I know of to locate them but no luck.
Asked by: wheezey
Just to clarify, the LG 5.4 cu.ft. Capacity Freestanding Gas Oven, Model # LRG3085ST initially came configured for natural gas and your customer then converted these with the LP conversion kit and now wants to convert back to natural gas. Are you looking to get the 5 cooktop nozzles(orifices) and the 2 oven nozzles to convert back assuming that the original ones are either lost or misplaced, or are you looking to get burners and a griddle for the oven? Regardless of which parts you would like to get, they will be available from any LG Authorized Parts Distributor and if your location is in Mississippi as indicated the closest parts distributor to you would be: MCM Electronics 650 Congress Park Drive Centerville, OH 45459 Sales: 800-824-9491 Fax: 800-765-6960 You can either contact them and tell them what you are looking for and let them know for which Model # and they will be able to assist you in ordering the correct parts...^IFV

had the unit installed. Kitchen redone and countertops are about half an inch or slightly more above to cooking top of unit. unit is in place is there a way to raise the height of the unit to make it even to the countertops ( granite), without removing the unit from between the countertops?
Asked by: SpartanLaw
Hi SpartanLaw. Thank you for your inquiry. Regrettably, the leveling legs on the LG 5.4 cu.ft. Capacity Freestanding Gas Oven, Model # LRG3085ST are just for leveling the Oven and you are not going to get any appreciable height to get it level with the countertops...^IFV

Need to understand LP gas pressure requirements for LG stove

Currently have aging electric range and looking at model LRG3085ST to replace it. We already have propane at the home for our spa, but would need to run a new line for the stove. our gas company has asked the pressure requirements from the regulator to the stove. Also questioning if the stove will burn LP out of the package, or if it needs an upgrade/retrofit for LP.
Asked by: MikeinJax
From what I understand, you would have to buy an adapter for switching from natural gas to propane. People at Best Buy should be able to answer you question on that. The oven has it's own regulator built in to the rear of the unit. As far as minimum needed pressure? Not sure. Contact you local natural gas company and ask what is the standard pressure they push natural gas to residential areas and you'll know a good "typical" pressure to use. From what I've read...that's usually around 7"w.c.
