    We do love our fridge!! It has a ton of room.
    We got our refridgerator 1 week ago. The ice stills taste terrible. A repair person is coming tomorrow, so we will have to wait and see what happens.

    Great frig. Door-in-door is very useful.
    Frig is large and there are several items on the top that add to the height. The power cord enters through the top and there is an access plate. Potential customers should double check dimensions. We had to install a shorter cabinet.

    Love It!
    I love my new LG. First, and most importantly, LG was the only refrigerator brand that has a 10 year warranty on the compressor. All other brands offered a one year limited warranty. For a major purchase like this, ten years is a very nice warranty. I also love the door in door feature that save me on electricity. Another bright cost saver in the long run. Then, the finish hasn't gotten one fingerprint on it since we bought it.

    This product is so convenient
    The door in door feature is so convenient. We put milk, creamers, meds in this space. You don't have to open the whole refrigerator for a drink. Great if you have kids also. The lighting in our fridge is wonderful and we have lots of space. The freezer section has 2 sliding drawers for all kinds of goodies. We would recommend this fridge because it is well made and worth every cent we paid for it. Kudos to LG.

    Love it!!!!!
    Haven't even had this refrigerator a month and my family absolutely loves it already. There is so much more room than the standard side by side and the ice maker and water dispenser are perfect.

    Love this refrigerator, but!!!
    Got this model less than 2 months ago. I have had the repair man here 5 times. No one is able to fix our problem. The part that is supposed to lay flat between the two French doors will not work properly, if I only use the left door. Have to open both doors & close the left one softly, then close right side. If not, the part will go straight back into the frig. & you can feel the cold air escaping. Other than this, it is great.

    Great features
    I wanted a fridge with a water dispenser and a bottom freezer. After many attempts to find what I wanted that would fit in my space, this is the one we purchased. So far, I am loving it. The freezer is very spacious and the door in the door is a great bonus, especially for a husband who likes to leave the door open while he "does" other things! I am very pleased with this refrigerator.

    Love my refrigerator
    I have had this fridge for just about a year. I absolutely love it. It not only looks beautiful but the features are terrific. Water and ice maker is great, doe in a door feature is so handy. The freezer is easy to stack, holds a great deal and love it. The fridge is quiet as a mouse, I never hear it running. The water filter is easy and quick to replace. If I ever move I will buy this model all over again.

    Beautiful
    I bought this as a part of a new kitchen suite for my new home. Very sleek and beautiful, could not be happier with the entire purchase. Only downfall is the water dispenser, as it is not very user friendly. 99.9% of my guests place the glass under the ice dispenser and press the water button only to have the water shoot out on their hand and on the floor. It is nothing like the typical water dispenser on every other fridge out there.

    I have had this refrigerator about 2 months. I love having the refrigerator at eye level. I use the cold drawer for cheese, butter and yogurt and all the little items that might get lost. The only thing I don't like is the two little slide drawers the space would have been better use if it would have been one long narrow full drawer instead. Some complain about the noice but I think it quite. I have recomend this product to a friend.

    The delivery
    Reviewing this product online and in the store was very nice. However it is 35 3/4 inches wide and 38 inches deep. With standard 36 inch doors the opening is only 35 1/2 inches wide because of the door stop. Which necessitates he removal of the door stop from the house and re-painting or the removal of the doors on the refrigerator by a delivery person who is not trained by LG on the removal and re-attachment of the refrigerator doors which resulted in two broken parts. Now waiting for the ... read more repair on my new frog, not what I expected at that price. The LG engineers should have kept it at 35 inches wide.

    Needs bigger ice quarry but love the wide shelves
    This is definitely a luxury refrigerator. Didn't think I was going to like the freezer on the bottom but with labeled organizational bins it really works for me. But I also have an entire different freezer out in the garage. The door shelves on the left side are thin but plenty of room on the inside. And I need that at the holidays! The biggest negative is that it doesn't hold a lot of ice. So I run it out in the mornings and store it for bigger needs like the weekends.

    Best refrigerator I have ever owned!
    This is my first LG purchase and I couldn't be happier. This refrigerator is spacious, well-lit, and beautiful. Dual ice makers are a home run! My first choice was the model without the door-door, but I am glad I have it in this model. ..it is very convenient. Space is efficiently used, I can easily see what is in there, and I find that my produce keeps significantly longer in this refrigerator.     Love the Door in a Door
    Bought this refrigerator at JC Penney, on sale, they beat everyone else price wise. Wanted to wait a few weeks after purchasing this refrigerator before writing a review. We have had our refrigerator for over a month now and really like all the features it offers. We put frequently used item inside the door-in-a-door. Easy to open and doesn't let a large amount of cold air out. Ice maker makes more than enough ice, haven't ran out of ice yet.     All around excellent.
    We bought ours a month ago. So far we have not had a single problem. The space you get with this one is truly awesome. The only issue is large items. They do not allow quiet enough space for that. I am talking about tall items. Every drawer moves so easily. We have a door in the door. Interestingly enough I have found that it really does keep the refer. cooler. We have 2 Ice trays. One from the ice maker and the other is in the freezer. We tend to have a lot of family over.     I love my LG appliances.
    We purchased a new LG refrigerator after looking several brands, we liked the features of LG the best. This refrigerator has all of the features you could want, the bottom freezer with the roll out drawer is a wonderful. There is a lot of room inside the fridge and the shelves are also adjustable. I just LOVE it!

    Great Frig Cheap Plastic Chrome Dispensers
    Great Frig, lots of featurres, but LG went cheap on the water and ice dispenser handles. Went with a CHEAP CHROME PLATED PLASTIC THAT SCRATCHES AS SOON AS A GLASS IS PUT NEXT TO IT TO DISPENSE THE ICE AND WATER. Unbelievable for such a great product.

    Love the door in the door feature
    We put this in our new home along with some other LG appliances. I love the alarm feature when the door is left open. I agree with another reviewer's comment that it would be nice to have an alarm on the door in the door. We keep all of our condiments in the door in the door, which frees up lots of space in the fridge! Also, fingerprints don't show as bad, and they're easy to wipe away.

    Great Fridge
    We purchased this LG Four Door fridge as replacement for our old fridge & as a part of the kitchen suite. We were pleasantly surprised by all the features it has & mainly its tons of storage capacity. The four door makes it very convenient to keep food. The LED lights are very bright and good to retrieve stuff in the night without switching on the kitchen lights. The Black Steel surface looks very clean and very nice. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

    Love this fridge.
    The black stainless (actually a very dark gray) finish is beautiful and easy to clean with a dry cloth. The spacious interior holds everything, and the roll-out freezer drawers makes easy access to the contents. The no-handle design makes a sleek appearance. Quiet, efficient, and beautiful. Love it.

    Dimensions on French Door 30 cu ft not accurate!
    We just purchased the LG French Door 30 cu ft model. The Lowe's delivery team had to take off the refer doors to clear our 35" front door opening. This was expected when reviewing the recommendations for our front door opening. However, I had trimmed my above refer cabinet to 69" above floor level so that the refer would slip in underneath. I think the spec dimensions stated refer height as 68.75. It would have been fine except for the additional 22X18X1" enclosed box located on the ... read more top/center/back of the refer. I have never seen anything like this before. I pulled it off and it was filled with electrical connections and such. I had to get creative to raise my cabinet another 1" plus to accommodate this new challenge. Luckily, I have a table saw and extra trim and some know how to make it work. The refer is beautiful and functional. We are extremely happy with it so far but time will tell. They sure don't make them like they used to for sure.

    Need alarm on small refrigerator door.
    We are pleased with the product, but the freezer section could be slightly larger. We have also had a problem with the small door not latching. An alarm for that door being open would be helpful.

    I like the door n door.
    However, you have to make sure you close it hard or otherwise it will pop open. It's happened a couple of times we thought the door was closed but found out later it was still open. It's convenient but may also be a hassle.

    I don't get all the negative reviews here!! This is the mothership of all Side by Side refrigerators. We are a family of 6 and we are beyond happy, satisfied and grateful for all the space, technology, ease, options and smartness of this amazing mothership.
