    I love the the USB feature
    I bought this model because I have a lot of movies with VOB extensions on my computer.. By transferring a 4 gb movie to a flash drive, I can watch the movie on my TV. I was so pleased with the DVD player that I bought a second one for another TV.

    The product has excellent quality
    I had gotten an LG HD Flat screen TV and this just compliments the DVD player to the TV. The quality is excellent, it work MUCH faster than the other DVD players I have had in he past. There's really no "special features" with this particular model and although when I registered the product it stated it was a Blue Ray, I saw that no where on the box it came in. That's a little confusing, so I really hope putting in non-blue ray is not a problem, I would not want to ruin all the DVD's I have. ... read more There could have been more features based on the name brand of LG, but overall, I am satisfied.

    Great Versatility
    I was looking for a DVD-player which combines optical/coaxial connection + MKV playback + DTS capability, without the absolutely need for transmitting the audio through the only HDMI. From legacy amplifiers, which doens't support any HDMI cables, it's an obstacle course. Finally, I decided to buy this product yesterday.     Best little projector on the market
    Great picture with a screen! Super quite fan on medium setting. Picture just as bright as the day I got it and I watch it every night for at least 4 hours. I have it hooked up to a lg sound bar via Bluetooth. The best part is the sound bar turns on and connects when I turn on the projector. Good job LG on another great product!

    Best in the class
    1080P, color, lighting, clarity, size, led long life, cost, all the best in the class. A little lack of contents, comparing with google play. Attach a Android TV stick ($30-60) you it have all. I don't gaming with this projector. Very happy with it.

    Portable and Ultra Short Throw are plus points
    I bought this Projector and have been using for more than a month now. Recommended for below points: - Ultra Short Throw : No need for Extra room setup and can be used on a TV Table. - Portable : Small and portable - Input options : HDMI, Cable Antenna, USB.     Great product overall.
    After using this projector a little bit I have a pretty good idea of its potential. The image is very clear, colors are very nice. Brightness is on the low end, with sunlight it is useless, however it can handle artificial room lightning ok, Not very bright but watchable, if you need to watch under heavy light conditions, then this is not the right projector for you. The ultra short throw ability is amazing, saves tons of space and no need for wires all over the place, the picture quality is ... read more very good, however focus is never perfect across the entire image, this is not noticeable while watching a movie or playing video games, but it is an issue. In completely dark sceene there is a darker area in the lower left part of the image, but not visible during normal operation really. No rainbow artifacts is a nice thing! Overall this is a very nice projector, a little bit expensive in my opinion, but being able to have such a big picture with such small distance from the screen is great! Totally worth it.

    Almost perfect
    Hardware - 4/5 - Weight remove the speaker it just add to weight, add "distance from wall" value displaced when moved or placed near a wall. Software 4/5 -- App and appstore need lot of improvement. Bluetooth with Amazon Echo doesn't work. Fire dongle works just fine with Echo.

    Excellent DVD
    Overall Im very satisfied with the product. I used the 3d feature just recently and was quite happy with the picture. One thing I recommend is that if you are buying 3d movies is to research whether they were actually made in 3d or converted after the fact. There is a huge difference in the 2. Only minor flaw is that at times the player would not actually turn on through my receiver and I had to unplug and replug it but not a huge problem and has happened only twice

    small and mighty
    While we haven't yet explored all the many features of this litte box, it did pair nicely with our wifi, and upscaled DVD's very well. Streaming, at least from Amazon Prime, is seamless.

    Compact Surprise Blue-ray Player
    I searched several brand players specs. and reviews before choosing a LG BP550. I was impressed with it's small size compared to my BP750. Hook-up was much easier than expected. Almost a plug and play machine. Written instructions were easy to follow and the HDMI hook-up is the only way to go anymore because it surely brings your TV to life. The remote has all the necessary features and the on screen prompts are adequate. Also the price is attractive.
