Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful picture! I have this hooked up to my late 2016 MacBook Pro with Touch bar via HDMI. The picture is beautiful and translates almost exactly. Streamed 4K UHD TV and Movies look awesome. Highly Recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Crisp Picture, a lot of screen space! Mother bought a blu-ray dvd player with wifi for netflix, and shes 100% happy with it. Based on her experience I decided to give LG a closer look and get something a little more expensive, and it has been a good buy, no issues or glitches. Playing games on this monitor is always exciting, its like i'm playing it for the first time again because the picture is so new vs. my old monitor. I'm using a MSI GTX 1070 paired with this monitor when I switch to 4k resolution, handles games like Dota 2, Witcher 3, Eve online, World of warcraft, and Rust just fine with no overheating.

I would like to buy this. however I have no idea how to connect to my macbook pro. Which kind of cable I should purchace? Thank you

Asked by: kevinhar
You can use displayport cable from the box with any minidp -> dp adapter. This is better than HDMI, because DP supports 4k @ 60Hz, when HDMI only 30Hz

Can you watch 3D Blue-Ray disc?

Asked by: Vjvavierv
To watch 3D movies, you need a computer with a 3D capable video-card and or a 3D capable monitor. The LG 24" Class 4K UHD IPS LED Monitor (24" Diagonal), Model # 24UD58-B is not a 3D capable monitor, so you will need to inquire if the device you have connected to the monitor is capable of 3D and the only way you can watch the 3D is with a 3D movie in SBS (Side-by-Side) format, anaglyph Red and Blue glasses and a VideoLAN Media Player. The 3D movie would need to be displayed as an anaglyph movie...^IFV
